This easy-to-use kit is a 1-step ELISA kit for the quantitative measurement of mouse glucagon in serum, plasma, and cell culture with a range of 7.8 - 500 pg/mL. The kit requires only a 10uL sample to achieve a sensitivity of < 1.1 pg/mL.
