This easy-to-use kit is a 1-step ELISA kit for the quantitative measurement of rat glucagon in serum, plasma, and cell culture with a range of 7.8 - 500 pg/mL. The kit requires only a 10uL sample to achieve a sensitivity of < 1.1 pg/mL. The kit has no significant (< 1%) cross-reactivity to GLP-1, GLP-2, glicentin, oxyntomodulin, or mini-glucagon, and it does not require sample pretreatment.
