TruPoint⢠reagents are intended for setting up homogenous time-resolved fluorometric energy transfer based assays using lanthanide-chelate label as a donor and an appropriate acceptor. Caspase-3 Substrate is intended for use in homgeneous time-resolved fluorescence quench (TR-FQA) caspase assay.The Caspase-3 Substrate is a hexapeptide, with a fluorescent europium chelate coupled to one end and a quencher of europium fluorescence (QSY® 7) to the other end via lysine. If the sample contains caspase-3 activity the europium chelate and the quencher will be separated as the substrate is cleaved. The time-resolved europium signal can then be measured with Wallac VICTOR⢠Multilabel Counter or Wallac ViewLux⢠Multilabel Plate Reader. Application: Method: Species: Storage:Store at 2-8 ºC
